Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) pisco
- 3/4 oz (22.5 mL) fresh lime juice
- 1 oz (30 mL) simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 to 4 drops of Angostura bitters
- 6 ice cubes
Preparation:
Shaker Method:
- Add the pisco, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds.
