The fertile lands of Ica have always been propitious for the production of quality piscos. One of them is 'De Carral'. Don José Chomón, producer and distiller of the Natalia winery produces 'De Carral' Pisco in a techno artisanal way, always respecting the family traditions, traditions that date back to the early twentieth century.

DESCRIPTION: Pisco 'De Carral' is an Ica pisco of limited production and Premium quality - Pisco Negra Criolla 'De Carral' uses selected grapes from Ica and a distillation in a 100% copper still of Ica manufacture.

NOTES: In nose it has fruity notes of coconut, apple and lemon; as well as coffee, vanilla, green olive and soft herbaceous touches. Complex in aromas - In the mouth it has a pleasant smoky touch - It is tasty, unctuous and persistent - Colorless and bright to the eye.

PAIRING: Ideal with elderberry cheesecake.
