The fertile Ica lands have always been conducive to the production of quality piscos. One of them is 'De Carral'. Don José Chomón, producer and distiller of the Natalia winery, produces Pisco 'De Carral' in a traditional techno way, always respecting family traditions, traditions that go back to the beginning of the 20th century.

NOTES: In nose fresh aromas of fruits, peach, tangerine, lime. Notes of raisin and honey. Softly herbaceous and floral, it evokes lemon verbena and jasmine • In mouth warm entry. Fruits cicíos and pecana. Sweet notes Medium and fine persistence of lime skin • Colorless and bright to the eye.

PAIRING: Enjoy it accompanied by a dessert, like lemon pie.
